Maintenance History

It's possible to add records on maintenance history for one unit as well a for a group of units.

Click on the icon in the list of unit groups in the workspace to open the form of adding records on the maintenance history.

The form consists of 2 tabs:

The tab is a list of available units of group . Select the required units to add the maintenance history by clicking on the checkboxes opposite the unit name. Use the search for units in the appropriate form if necessary.

After selecting units, press on the «Next» button.

The form consists of:

  • Maintenance name
  • Date. Specify the date of actual maintenance.
  • Type of Work. Choose the type of work or specify your own if necessary.
  • Duration of work. Specify in the format hh:mm
  • Cost of work. It is specified in the currency of the user account. The currency is not selected by default. To specify the currency please go to the user interface settings.
  • Materials. List of materials used to perform the work.
  • Cost of materials. It is specified in the currency of the user account. The currency is not selected by default. To specify the currency please go to the user interface settings.
  • Location. Location of maintenance.

To add another record to the maintenance history, click on the icon in the upper right corner of the form.

After adding all the necessary records, press on the «Save» button
