===== Creating a template =====
Create a template by clicking the **Add Template** button.
{{:en:b-admin-guide:reporttemlatecreate_en.png?direct&600|}}\\
The following fields are to be filled in in the opened window:
| **Owner** | The owner of this template to be selected |
| **Name** | Template name mandatory field |
| **Type** | The essence of a template to be determined (geozones, units, routes, users) |
After filling in, the window for editing the template will open.
{{:en:b-admin-guide:reporttemplateedit_en.png?direct&600|}}\\
The window is represented by three sections:
* Tables (a table is formed with the data received);
* Graphs (a graph is constructed according to the data received);
* Export file (upload your own template, by which the report will be exported in the user interface).
===== Creating a table =====
The table is designed to display report information in the form of a table in the user interface. A new table is created by clicking the **Add Table** button.
{{:en:b-admin-guide:reporttemplatecreatetable_en.png?direct&600|}}
The table design window is represented by a block of general information and parameters. General information contains information about:
* **Table name** (indicates the name displayed on the user interface tab when the report is run);
* **Logic** (choose the logic that the report is based on. Currently, there are 29 different logics available;
* **Grouping** (grouping report data by: shifts, days, weeks, months);
* **Total** (intended for summarizing the data columns).
| Important! Not all values can be counted as "Total". |
Next is a block with parameters (which columns shall be indicated in the report). It is necessary to select the required ones (Each logic has its own set of parameters, and it is possible to add arbitrary fields and sensors in some logic. The name of the sensor created by the unit must match the field name in the table).
To some parameters, it is possible to apply the filter by values.
A list of available logics with a brief description:
| **Relevancy** | Report on a brief check of the state of the unit |
| **Weekends** | Displays information for all weekends for the report period selected |
| **Road traffic accidents** | Detailed data on the accident that occurred (available with the Arnavi expansion card) |
| **Daily statistics** | Statistics on the unit divided into days |
| **Fueling** | Information on refueling the unit |
| **Fueling/discharging** | Information on fueling the unit, as well as on fuel discharges |
| **Communication quality** | Statistics on the quality of the connection between the unit and the server |
| **Maneuvers** | Maneuvers performed at the current facility (available with the Arnavi expansion card) |
| **Engine hours** | Information on engine operating time and associated parameters |
| **Drivers’ assignment** | Information on drivers’ working hours |
| **Non-working hours** | Information on all non-working days for the selected report period |
| **Stops** | Information about all stops and their duration |
| **Drives** | Information about drives and related parameters |
| **Visited streets** | Statistics on visited addresses |
| **Speeding** | Statistics on speeding from the maximum permissible |
| **GIS speeding** | GIS speeding statistics [[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Geographic_information_system|GIS]] |
| **Working hours** | Information on all working days, working hours in the selected period of the report |
| **Operation modes** | Report on the movement of the unit in town/outside town and idling |
| **Discharges** | Displays information on fuel discharges from the unit |
| **Shifts** | Shows the statistics of work in shifts |
| **Messages** | Provides complete information about the parameters and their values sent by the device to the server |
| **Statistics** | Complete list of statistical data on the unit |
| **Shift statistics** | Provides shift statistics |
| **Driving style** | Detailed data on the driving patterns on a certain unit (available with Arnavi expansion card) |
| **Stops** | Information on all stops and their duration |
| **Idling** | Duration of driving at idle |
| **Driving chronology** | Information on the chronology of the unit movement |
| **Digital sensors** | Information on digital sensors installed on the unit. Creating sensor data on the unit in the system is required |
===== Graphs editing =====
This section provides an opportunity to add and edit graphs on data from devices when making a report.
{{:en:b-admin-guide:reporttemplategraph_en.png?direct&600|}}\\
In the opened window, the necessary parameters are selected, according to which the graph will be constructed. It is also possible to add arbitrary fields and sensors.
{{:en:b-admin-guide:v1.png?direct&600|}}\\
The graph is a field on which the values of the parameters are displayed with lines of different colors. It is visually possible to identify problematic and interesting places. When the mouse is placed over a section, a tooltip with specific values will be displayed at the current point. All the data falls into the graph from the messages (sent by the device **parameters: values**).
| Important! The Gelios system does not distort or alter information. |
